Ingredients
1 package (20 oz) Sliced Glazed Apples
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup uncooked oats
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 Tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 Tablespoons cold butter
DirectionsPreheat oven to 375F.
1) Combine apples and cranberries. Spoon into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
2) In small bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon.
3) Cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles small crumbs. Sprinkle over apples.
4) Bake crisp for 25 to 30 minutes or until topping is brown and bubbling around edges.

Caramel Cream Brownie Trifle
Makes 20 servings
Prep Time: 20 min.
Cooling Time: 3 hrs.
Total Time: 3 hrs, 20 min.
Ingredients:1 box (1 lb 2.3 oz) fudge brownie mix
Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
1 box (4-serving size) chocolate fudge instant pudding and pie filling mix
2 cups milk
1/4 cup caramel topping
1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:Preheat oven to 350ºF.
1) Bake brownie mix as directed on box, using water, oil and eggs, in 13x9-inch pan. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
2) Make pudding mix as directed on box for pudding, using milk and refrigerate.
3) Cut brownies into 1-inch pieces. Thoroughly stir caramel topping into whipped topping.
4) In 3-quart glass bowl, layer half each of the brownies, pudding, walnuts and whipped topping mixture; repeat.
5) Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving but no longer than 24 hours.
Store covered in refrigerator.

Baked Peaches with OREO Topping
Makes 4 Servings
Prep Time: 5 min.
Baking Time: 18 min.
Ingredients:
6 Oreo Cookies
12 Ritz Crackers
4 teaspoon butter, softened
2 cans (14 fl. oz. each) peach halves in light syrup in Fruit Juice, drained, juice reserved
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
1) Place cookies and crackers in food processor container. Cover.
2) Process until finely chopped. Add butter; process just until combined.
3) In a shallow baking dish, add peach halves, cut-sides up, . Top each with 1 Tablespoon of the crumb mixture.
4) Place baking dish in oven and bake for 15 min. or until heated through.
5) Broil 2 to 3 min. or until topping is lightly browned.
6) Serve warm drizzled with the reserved peach juice, if desired.

Bread Pudding with Brandy Sauce
Makes 12 servings

Baking Time: 1 hr.
Ingredients:
3 eggs, lightly beaten
12 ounces evaporated fat-free milk
1 cup fat-free milk
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 nutmeg
1 Tablespoon vanilla
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
10 slices day-old or slightly dry white bread, cut in cubes
1/2 cup chopped pecans, optional
1 cup raisins, optional
Sauce
2 cups fat-free half-and-half
1/3 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons cornstarch
1 Tablespoon vanilla
3 Tablespoon brandy
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 325-degrees F. and butter a 9x13-inch baking pan or a 1-/2 quart casserole.
1) In a large bowl, combine eggs, evaporated milk, milk, brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and butter. Beat until well mixed.
2) Add bread and gently stir.
3) Add nuts and raisins, if desired.
4) Pour into pan or casserole.
5) Place baking pan in a larger pan of warm water in the oven.
6) Bake for 1 hour or until lightly browned and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
7) In a small saucepan, combine heal-and half, sugar, and cornstarch. Stir until well mixed.
8) Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
9) Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and brandy.
10) Serve warm sauce over the warm bead pudding.

1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup fat-free milk
1/2 cup reduced-fat baking mix (Bisquick)
2 eggs
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

1 cup reduced-fat baking mix (Bisquick)
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 Tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup walnuts
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 325-degrees F. and butter a deep 9-inch pie pan.
1) In a large bowl, combine apples with cinnamon and nutmeg. Spoon into pie pan.

1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 medium cooking apples, peeled, cored, and finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Caramel Cinnamon Syrup (if desired)
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 350-degrees F. (Using a glass or nonstick pan, preheat oven to 325-degrees F.) Butter a 8x8-inch baking pan.

2) Add egg and beat well.
