Baked Chicken and Rice

Makes 4 servings

Prep Time: 15 min.
Baking Time: 60 min.


Ingredients:

1 can (10 3/4-ounces) cream of chicken soup
1 cup water
3/4 cup uncooked rice
1/2 teaspoon paprika, divided
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
4 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Cooking Directions:

Preheat oven to 375-degrees F.
1) In a 8x8-inch baking pan, mix soup. water, rice, 1/4 teaspoon paprika and white pepper.
2) Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon paprika.
3) Place on rice mixture.
4) Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
5) Bake for 4 to 60 minutes or until rice is tender and chicken is completely done.
