Creamy Scalloped Potatoes

Makes 4 servings

Prep Time: 10 min.
Baking Time: 1 hr. 30 min.


Ingredients:
1 can (10 3/4-ounces) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup fat-free milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
5 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
Dash paprika

Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 375-degrees F. and butter a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
1) In a large bowl, mix soup, milk, salt and pepper.
2) Add potatoes and onions.
3) Gently stir to mix and spoon into casserole. Sprinkle with paprika.
4) Cover and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
