Cooking Time: 45 min.
Ingredients:
1/2 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups ketchup
6 ounces beer
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
Tabasco sauce (to taste)
Cooking Directions:
1) In a medium saucepan, heat vegetable oil,
2) Add onions and cook over medium heat until clear.
3) Add ketchup, beer, brown sugar, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, chili powder, and mustard.
4) Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer of 30 to 45 minutes or until mixture reaches desired thickness.
5) Add Tabasco sauce to taste.
6) Store in covered jar in the refrigerator.
